Rick Strahl wrote an excellent how-to on using Subversion and Tortoise for the .Net developer. I wish I would have had an article as informative and easy-to-follow as this when I used Subversion for the first time at a previous organization. We had a lot of issues getting started as a result of not-knowingness. Thanks, Rick!
